To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the TV anime *Digimon Adventure 02*, we present the *D-3 DIGIMON DETECT & DISCOVER -25th COLOR EVOLUTION* featuring the updated version of the iconic "D-3" device, originally released in 2000.
The product comes in three color variations, with the *D-3 DIGIMON DETECT & DISCOVER -25th COLOR EVOLUTION- DX Set Paildramon Color* being a special edition, featuring a glittery finish on top of the original color design.
This updated version features a color LCD screen, rechargeable battery, and an embedded vibration motor, all while maintaining the original compact design. With the color LCD, not only do the characters appear in full color, but the backgrounds change as well, bringing different areas to life.
In this version, you can follow the story of *Digimon Adventure 02*, encountering not only the partner Digimons but also the "Chosen Children," including Taichi and friends as middle schoolers, Digimon Kaiser, Arukenimon, Mummymon, and more.
The device includes new voices recorded specifically for this edition, including character dialogues and music from the show. The *Target ~Red Impact~ (TV size)* will play as BGM during the adventure, and new lines for the partner Digimons can also be activated.
A total of 120 Digimons, including the partner Digimons, are featured, with boss Digimons appearing throughout the story. During battles, you can choose from "Tap," "Shake," and "Press a button" battle methods. The evolution scenes will feature dynamic animations and music that match the progression of the Digimon evolutions.
The *Digimental Search* feature allows you to accumulate points during training and search for Digimentals, which are required for Armor Evolution. The screen mimics the search scenes from the show.
The device also has a *Picnic Screen*, where you can interact with your partner Digimons, and a collection feature to view all the Digimons you've encountered.
Additionally, the *D-3 DIGIMON DETECT & DISCOVER -25th COLOR EVOLUTION* series has communication functionality, allowing you to connect and battle with devices like *Digivice -25th COLOR EVOLUTION-*, *Digital Monster COLOR*, and *Digimon Pendulum COLOR*.
The *D-3 DIGIMON DETECT & DISCOVER -25th COLOR EVOLUTION- DX Set Paildramon Color* includes 10 mini Digimental figures designed specifically for the product, and an *ANNIVERSARY ART BOOK* with newly drawn illustrations and pixel art. You'll also receive special picnic items after initial setup.
